At Jalayimiya, each piece is prepared with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.
The following information outlines our shipping timeframes, delivery partners, and responsibilities.

SHIPPING RATES

Australia

  • Flat rate $10 AUD

  • Free shipping on orders over $249 AUD

New Zealand

  • Flat rate $15 AUD

We ship using a selection of trusted carriers depending on destination and service availability.

ORDER DISPATCH & TRACKING

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, with most processed within 24 hours.

If your order has not shipped within 3 business days, please contact

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email directing you to the relevant carrier (Australia Post or DHL), where you can follow your parcel’s journey.

For international deliveries, Australia Post manages the parcel within Australia before it is transferred to a local carrier in the destination country (such as USPS, Canada Post, or Royal Mail).
The same tracking number can be used once the parcel reaches your country.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard: approximately 5–21 business days

  • Express: timeframe provided at checkout

Delivery estimates may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY

International Standard shipping is managed by Australia Post within Australia and then transferred to a local carrier in the destination country.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • 10–21 business days from dispatch

Delays may occur due to customs processing or local carrier operations.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once your parcel leaves our studio, it is under the care of the shipping provider.

While we will always assist where possible, Jalayimiya is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping companies and may vary.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed safely or no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:

  • redirect the parcel to a local post office or depot

  • require collection or redelivery booking

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring parcels are collected before being returned to sender.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation request is received before processing, a store credit gift card will be issued for the full order value.

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

Because fulfilment operates separately from customer service, we cannot guarantee cancellation or change requests once processing begins.
Where cancellation is not possible, our Returns Policy will apply.

LOSS, DAMAGE & DELIVERY DISPUTES

Where available, parcels are shipped with signature on delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • monitoring tracking

  • ensuring availability for delivery or collection

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier immediately, then email our customer service team:

Prompt action improves the likelihood of resolution.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • local processing fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in return to sender.

For country-specific advice, please contact your local customs authority.

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)

Parcels returned due to:

  • incorrect address

  • failure to collect

  • refusal to pay customs

  • inability to contact recipient

will incur a reshipment fee:

Australia: $15 AUD
International: $20 USD

If reshipment is declined, a store credit will be issued minus:

  • RTS fees

  • original shipping costs

PARCEL LIABILITY

Jalayimiya is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

Where required, we will provide documentation to support a courier investigation or claim.

AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Jalayimiya, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy alongside our Returns & Customer Care policies.
