Press & Achievements
Jalayimiya is maximalist wearable art for women, painted by hand and designed for bodies that live, grow and change.
About the founder
Brodie George is a Walmajarri and Gooniyandi woman who grew up in Fitzroy Crossing in the Kimberley and now lives in Boorloo/Perth. Every Jalayimiya print begins as one of her paintings, and every piece carries the story behind it. Since founding the brand in 2022, Brodie has grown Jalayimiya into a label worn across Australia's Aboriginal community, from Darwin to Perth.
