WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have been sent an incorrect item due to an error on our end (for example, the wrong style or colour), please email hello@jalayimiya.info within 7 business days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item.
We will guide you through the next steps. Where an item is confirmed to be incorrect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with no odours, stains, or damage.
IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF I USED A DISCOUNT CODE?
Orders placed using a discount code of 10% or less follow our standard returns policy.
Items discounted by more than 10% are classified as Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
I PURCHASED MY ORDER ON SALE, CAN I STILL RETURN IT?
No. Items purchased during sales periods (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day), or discounted by more than 10%, are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@jalayimiya.info within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue so we can assess it promptly and arrange the appropriate resolution.
DO YOU OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES?
Yes, we offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please email hello@jalayimiya.info. Once your original item has been returned and approved, your exchange will be sent out.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I CHANGE IT BEFORE IT SHIPS?
If you contact hello@jalayimiya.info as soon as possible, we will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
DO YOUR SWIMSUITS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Our swimwear is designed to fit true to size, however fit can vary depending on the style and individual body shape. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page and contacting our team if you need personalised advice.

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN IT BE ADDED AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied once an order has been placed. Please save your code for a future purchase.
