Refund policy

At Jalayimiya, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we've made returns simple.

30 Day Returns

We offer free returns within Australia within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns can be exchanged for another size (subject to availability) or returned for store credit to use on a future purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Final Sale

Items purchased during promotional sale periods or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items display an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped earlier, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Our portal will guide you through the process and provide your free return label if your return is eligible.

Processing

Once your return has been received, please allow 1-4 business days for assessment.

Store credits and exchanges will be processed once your return has been approved.

Refunds for approved faulty items will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
